Order and payment
The order is finalized when payment is completed. Before confirming it, you can review products, quantities, address, taxes and shipping costs.
Delivery and claims
Estimated delivery times and costs are shown at checkout according to the address. If the order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, report it through the contact channel to be published with the seller's details.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt, with the legal exceptions applicable to sealed food items unsealed for health and hygiene reasons.
