Shipping and returns
We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. The final cost and delivery time are shown at checkout before confirming the order.
Shipping cost
Packs of 3 sachet boxes or jars include free shipping. For individual products, the cost is calculated according to destination and order; we do not publish a fixed rate until the transport contract is finalized.
Canary Islands
Orders to the Canary Islands may be subject to the applicable tax regime and import procedures. Any additional amount will be disclosed as appropriate; mainland VAT is not presented as applicable to this destination.
Withdrawal
You can notify us of your withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receipt. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed food items that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned. Return costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective, a shipping error occurred or otherwise stated before purchase.
Refund
Once the return is accepted, the refund will be made using the same payment method within the legal period. We may withhold it until we receive the products or proof of their return.
